January 22nd
Dear Parents/Guardians,
As the month is progressing quickly, I would like to share some reminders with parents.
If your child is suffering from common childhood illnesses such as Chicken Pox, Slapped cheek etc, please let us know as soon as possible as exposure to such viruses can have a negative effect on children and staff who may have compromised health conditions. Again, thank you for your continued co-operation on this. We would like to draw your attention to HSE guidelines in relation to the management of such conditions.
Please be reminded also that scooters are not allowed onto the school yards and dogs are not allowed on school grounds.
Kildare County library are holding a series of really useful talks and workshops on topics relating to parenting such Q and A Session with a Child psychologist and Positive Parenting: Bringing up responsible, happy children, in libraries throughout the county over the next few weeks. Further details are available on www.kildare.ie/library.
To keep up to date with what is going on in the school, please see our website on www.stconlethinfantschool.ie and follow us on Twitter on SCInfantschool.
Wishing you well,
Yours Sincerely,
Margaret Harnett
