Everyone in St.Conleth’s Infant School really embraced and enjoyed Science Week this week each class carried out experiments such as Dancing Raisins, Fireworks in a glass, making lava lamps, testing if materials are absorbent, and light experiments to name but a few! Each child developed skills in predicting, investigating, and observing through their engagement with Science week.
The theme of Science Week Ireland was ‘Creating Our Future’. First classes imagined and designed our school in the future! A fun activity considering we are currently in the middle of our exciting and amazing new school build!
